Return Terms

Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and packing. At this time, we only offer store credit for returned items. Store credit does not expire. You have 14 days to submit your return, after that time has lapsed, we cannot accept your item for return. All sale items are final sale, we do not accept returns for sale items. 


Please e-mail us for return instructions at laswimlab@gmail.com before sending back your item.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend to have tracking in place to ensure proof of return. We are unable to refund any lost packages during the return process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and apply the store credit to you.


Sale/Discounted items (if applicable):

We do not accept returns on sale items. 

Shipping:

We are not responsible for failed delivery due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If your package tracking states "returned to sender" or "undelivered" please contact us for steps to retrieve/re-send your package. 

We are not responsible for any customs-imposed charges. If these fees are not paid and you do not receive the item because of this, we can not be held responsible.  If we receive the item back at our headquarters, we will notify you and give you a choice to have the item re-shipped or cancelled.

Cancellation/refund:

We cannot guarantee successful cancellation once an order is placed online. For the best success in cancellation, we recommend to contact us via email at laswimlab@gmail.com as soon as possible. 

We are unable to cancel, allow edits, or make address changes to orders that have already been shipped.
